You may unsubscribe from optional emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not prevent us from responding to a request you sent or sending an important administrative, security, or legal message when necessary.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for an unsubscribe request to be processed.
4. Stories, Memories, Photographs, and Other Submissions
Anchored Souls may invite visitors to submit stories, memories, recipes, photographs, testimonials, comments, or answers to community questions.
Information submitted through a form or email is not automatically public. However, if you submit material for possible publication, you understand that selected content—and information you include with it, such as your name, hometown, photograph, or organization—may be edited and published on the Anchored Souls website, in emails, on social media, in printed or digital materials, or through other Anchored Souls channels as described in our Terms of Service.
Please share only information that you are comfortable having reviewed and, when applicable, published. Do not submit another person’s private information, photograph, or story unless you have permission to do so.
You may contact us to request that published content be removed from future use. We will consider reasonable requests, but we may not be able to remove information from printed materials already distributed, archived copies, search-engine results, or content previously shared by others.

A sponsor or partner does not receive your personal information merely because it appears on Anchored Souls. We may share general, aggregated information—such as overall website visits or engagement totals—to describe the reach of a program or sponsorship, but we do not provide a sponsor with an Anchored Club email list or personally identifiable visitor information for its own marketing without your permission.
If you choose to contact a sponsor, partner, or resource provider, select its link, use its service, or submit information directly to it, that organization’s privacy policy and practices will apply.

Anchored Souls is designed primarily for adults age 55 and older, caregivers, families, churches, community organizations, and others who support older adults. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Anchored Souls, please contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.
13. Visitors Outside the United States
Anchored Souls is based in Mississippi and is intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
