Private home:
Adult Protective Services handles reports involving vulnerable
adults living in their own home, another person's home,
or certain unlicensed settings.
Licensed nursing home or personal care facility:
Facility complaints and abuse reports may involve the
Mississippi State Department of Health or Attorney General.
